I have md802 and missed my free update. A few days ago I purchased the update. When updating the 4gig SD card got full. I backed up and copy to 8 gig SD card and continued with the updates. When I inserted the new card in the unit, it did not recognized the card. Any help please.

Did it install the firmware too or just the updates? It needs the firmware as well as the updates. Best thing to is use the installer to reinstall. -

Hi, Astrowiki is right. Please format the 8G SD card and download all update again via PC Suite. Please try and let us know if there is still any problem. Thanks! -

Hi Support, as suggested I formated the SD card and copied the backup made. The tool now recognizes the card. How can I ascertain whether the updates are complete since some of the programmes indicated download failure. If I try to update again with a view to complete those that were not completed will your update programe ignore the completed update of those vehicle coverage ?

Hi, if the update failed to download, you can try download it again. There will be no impact for the completed update. Or you may just format the SD card and download all update from the top. Thanks!
